CancúnFest arrives in its first edition 2010, with a series of activities to close this year, this project promises to be the most important festival of the State of Quintana Roo and become year after year at the party that no one will slip ... CANCUNFEST 2010, from Mexico to the entire world.
A week-long festival with a unique schedule of activities: Sportive activities in the morning, dancing and craft exhibition throughout the day and great events for the evening that will make Cancun the party itself.
The president of the Cancun Fest 2010, Alfonso Pérez Jiménez said that this time some of the funds raised will be donated to the "Sistema para el Desarrollo Integral de la Familia" -System for Integral Family Development- (DIF) municipal.
Those ones who attends the concert also will benefit from one of the eight thousand scholarships to study English to distance from the University of Oxford.
He explained that those who attend and get their ticket will be entitled to a grant from English to distance of 97 percent with the University of Oxford, but the benefit can be passed to a relative.
He said this is possible because the agreement signed with the UNESCO and the World Bank as part of supporting education and personal development of people living in Cancun and surrounding areas.
